RESOURCE CERTIFICATION CLASS
This onsite class teaches basic field audio techniques and provides hands-on training on all of the field audio gear Austin Public offers. This includes shotgun mics, lavaliers, handheld mics, small digital recorders and audio accessories, among other items.
This class provides Producers within our Producer Program certification to reserve the following gear: https://www.austinfilm.org/austin_public_audio_gear/
Our classes do not have age limits, however, the producer Program is for ages 15 and up. For minors attending classes, we require a parent or legal guardian sign THIS WAIVER. Please email a signed copy back to austinpublic@austinfilm.org or bring it in person on or before the class date.
