Shannon Moody has dedicated her career to the non-profit sector, serving in volunteer, board and staff positions for more than ten Austin organizations. Prior to joining the Austin Film Society in 2006, she worked as Director of Development for Austin Children’s Museum and Planned Parenthood of the Texas Capital Region. She has also volunteered as the founding chair for signature fundraising events with the Austin Children’s Museum, Planned Parenthood, Austin Heritage Society and SafePlace.
