Before joining AFS, Carol spent more than 20 years in finance and human resources for banking and accounting firms, among other businesses. She holds a BA in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. When not at AFS, she enjoys spending time on her ranch with her horses, dogs, cats and guineas.
