I was born near the beautiful sunny beaches of Miami, Florida on August 1st of 1986. From there, due to my dad's job transfers, my family ended up in Orlando and finally Plano, Texas where I have lived for the past 15 years.

I didn't fully realize my "knack" for filmmaking until a friend and I took a Television-Film course our senior year in high school. While most of the students took the class for blow off purposes, we actually worked hard on our projects. Comedy was our strong-suit and I'll never forget the nervous/exciting feeling of showing our videos to our classmates and friends for the first time.

After that, it was off to college and I ended up choosing Arizona State University over a long list of applications. After a year there I realized I wanted to pursue my film cravings and Austin was the perfect place for me. I transfered to UT and am now a senior with a double major in Business Finance and Radio-Television-Film.

Having no previous contacts in the film industry, my internship at the Austin Film Society is my first step in attempting to get into this business. Other than film I love music, football, wake/snowboarding, my dogs, my family and friends.
