Filmmaker Membership

About a quarter of our members are Filmmakers -- a vibrant community of working and aspiring filmmakers who are developing their craft.

If you are a filmmaker or are learning to be one, you should join AFS at this level to recieve maximum benefit from your membership. In addition to all Member benefits, Filmmakers also receive the following:

Filmmaker ($50) – All Member benefits, plus:
  • FREE admission to Moviemaker Dialogues , industry-oriented panel discussions on current trends and tools
  • Docs-in-Progress and Narratives-in-Progress – Attend screenings to provide feedback to peers and eligibility to submit work for feedback (8 – 12 per year)
