World War IV

Presented by Don Craven

The filmmaker, a former Governor's Circle member of then Texas Governor George W. Bush, asks in a letter to the president, frank questions about the issues of our time: 9/11, the war in Iraq, and America's "War on Terror."

Sitting Republican Congressmen, military strategists, CIA and Pentagon insiders and prominent religious leaders help to answer the question: a decade from now, will the American invasion of Iraq be seen as a stabilizing force in the world, the mistake of a benevolent hegemon or the opening salvo of a clash of civilizations - the beginning of WWIV?

Don Craven, Jr. is an enterpreneur based in Austin, Texas. He wrote the play Like The Mountains, which was performed at the Hyde Park Theatre in 2004, and two screenplays which are currently in pre-production. WWIV is his directorial debut and his first documentary project.
