Set loose in the Argentinean economic wilderness, middle-aged car mechanic Juan Villegas has a hard time making a living until, in exchange for repairing a fan-belt, he is given Bombón, a pedigreed Argentine Dogo, who miraculously leads the unassuming Patagonian into the heady world of dog show breeding, training, and competitions.Bombón completely changes his “owner’s” life, especially during the truly sweet climax.
